Film Project Planning Fifth Movie

Image
The fifth movie I chose was Furious 7. In the first two minutes there is a random man in a hospital room talking to someone who is on life support. He then leaves the room, and everybody in the hospital has been killed. After he leaves the hospital, there is a cut to a fast car driving down the desert. This starts off the movie, but it doesn't describe what will be in the rest of the film. There is an establishing shot of London, England. Then, there is an over the shoulder shot of a man looking at the city. Then there's a close up on his face, then a mid shot of the man and his little brother who's in a hospital bed. There is dialogue of the man talking to his little brother. Then, there is another close up on the man's face, then a mid shot of the nurses and him in the room. Incidental music starts playing now. Then, there is a track shot of the man walking out of the hospital with a bunch of dead people in the hospital. Then a long shot of him pulling away, then a cu...

Film Project Planning Fourth Movie

Image
The Fast and Furious The fourth film I chose was the Fast and Furious. In the first two minutes, the main character is at a race track and he does a drift run on the course, and almost crashes. This shows that the movie will be about racing, but it give a story line, or any information about the characters. The film has an establishing shot of the city where the film takes place. Then there is incidental music as the characters car pulls up, and a kid shot is used. Then, there is a close up of the character in the driver seat. The sound effect of the car is used almost the whole scene, with some fast-pace incidental music in the background. Shot/reverse shot is used to show the whole opening scene. The jobs are actors and writers. The budget was 38 million USD. The film was nominated for 7 awards.
